Greetings All,

This episode will focus on the dangers of stigma in our society and how gratitude and appreciation are a choice for better living not just for you but for the people who experience your positivity and well being just by being around you.  There’s a great new song “I Can’t Breathe” by protest band Pussy Riot out of Russia.  It is amazing and deep and the last part of song is a voiceover reading Eric Gardner’s last words before he is strangled to death by the police officers.  It is a powerful memorial day for me I hope it is for you too.
