This episode focuses a bit more on how to make activism manageable to avoid getting overwhelmed or overworked so you can stick with it, instead of throwing up your hands and abandoning ship. I talk a little about how important this cause is to all of our futures. We all need to breathe to live and cannot live without water—so if you are thinking “This doesn’t apply to me,” then I hate to break it to you, but it really, really does.
