She’s So Quiet, (follow us here @shessoquiet) –my Bluesy rock, indie band is having a Music Benefit with bands @Soft Ledges and Red Card to support Chicago H.O.P.E.S. for Kids, an innovative organization that places tutors in homeless shelters. Kids experiencing homelessness can lose from 3-6 months of school, while staying in the shelters. The H.O.P.E.S. program engages the kids with academic help, encouragement, and support.
Literacy development, Homework Support, and Enrichment (Science, STEM, Parent education, etc.) programs open doors for these kids. Help support our cause (and Chicago’s Kids!!) by hitting the Event’s link here
