I am self-soothing with favorite songs from my childhood. I hope you are doing whatever you need to establish a sense of calm. For some, it’s puzzles and reading, while others it’s primal screams, biking & everything in between.
My stress relief is making art, making music, video chatting with friends and family (seeing their face is more engaging/ comforting than hearing their voice), taking baths, burning sage, meditation, dancing and singing.
