There are many exercise ranging from 6-45 minutes. Also, located on this site is a link to guided Yoga audio and video. There are modifications available for those with medical issues such as Gentle Hatha chair yoga.
They are easily downloadable, so check it out and try meditating for at least 15 minutes a day and you will see the benefits.
